Hi, I'm Jason...

I am the PGA Coaching Professional at the beautiful golf oasis of Aldersey Green Golf Club, near Chester. I've been recognised as one of the UK's Top 100 PGA Professionals and am the England Golf coach for the West Midlands Under 18s squad.

I grew up on the Wirral playing amateur golf as a member of Heswall Golf Club before beginning a golfing career at Upton-by-Chester Golf Club. Since turning professional in 1994, I've worked across Europe, first at a Gary Player Academy and then at Golf & Country Club Markgraeflerland in Germany.



In 2005, the academy was awarded Best Junior Training Program by the German golf federation, which included training two national players, winning the Swiss Junior Championship and various national titles with club teams. I am coach to a number of national amateur players who have represented England and GB in various international events.and to upcoming profession players including Will Enefer,


I am the England Golf Under 18s West Mids squad coach and, since 2009, have been the Lead Coach for Shropshire and Herefordshire County Golf Partnership. I've competed as a player on both the Alps and Challenge tours and, through my ranking in Switzerland, represented the PGA in the International Team Championship and European PGA Championship.

The PGA recognised my achievements and offered me a bursary to study a postgraduate diploma in Sport Coaching (UKCC Level 4) at the University of Birmingham.
